I'm Robert Morales. Before RAM, I spent my days in business development for a commercial dock and door company: cold calls, site visits and meetings with owners and facility managers. I also built the tools that team used to find and track opportunities.
The pattern was always the same: good companies losing work because calls slipped, follow-ups were forgotten and nobody had time to fix the system. Meanwhile, new technology and AI kept promising to help, but nobody was showing owners what actually fits their business.
I started RAM Strategic Systems to close that gap. We find where a business is losing time and customers, build a practical fix, and keep it running. You talk to me, I build it, and I support it.
